John de la Haye, along with Ross & Mary, are a Huntington Beach real estate team with 25+ years of experience and deep roots in the community. Their specialty is residential waterfront and off-water homes in Huntington Harbour, Newport Beach, and Costa Mesa.
EXPERIENCE
John de la Haye has been a licensed real estate agent for nearly two decades, earning his credentials at the young age of 22. Growing up within a real estate empire, John found his passion for the industry at a very young age while assisting his parents, Ross and Mary de la Haye, who have been known for their venture in luxury coastal resident real estate since 1992. A natural for business and strategy, John began assisting other agents in the industry before even graduating high school. He was able to study and master the art of real estate from some of the industry’s most respected experts, which contributed to his flourishing real estate journey.
After attending Pepperdine University where he received his MBA, John embarked on his own enterprise pursuing many facets of business with both large and small corporations. It was through his career in leading sales teams with companies like Microsoft that propelled his expertise and knowledge for buying and selling properties. His time spent in the corporate world allotted him a unique perspective and a valuable skill set that sets him apart from other agents today.

Along with his devotion to his career as a real estate agent, John remains active in his community. He is the Rear Commodore of the Huntington Harbor Yacht Club, a member of the Orange County Philharmonic Society, and works with the Huntington Beach Sailing Foundation which promotes the sport of sailing among the area's youth. And since 9/11 he has been a volunteer Sheriff with the Orange County Sheriff's department.
